- Summer Hours: Between mid-May and mid-September, all employees are offered half-day Fridays.
- Hybrid Work Schedule: Our offices are based in Piqua, Ohio, but local employees can work from home up to two days a week.
- “Dress for Your Day” Dress Code: While employees are still required to dress professionally for business meetings or agency events, our day-to-day dress code is casual for all employees.
